Design Conceptualization

We make sure to gain a thorough understanding of your needs, taste, and budget so that we may plan our work accordingly. We begin firstly with the sketching process. In this, we work on-site plans, floor plans, and elevations that define the style and character of your home. Once the drawings are completed, they are sent for the approvals.

Design Development

When conceptual design decisions are finalized, our team further looks forward to creating the design of the building by using software like AutoDesk, Revit, etc. While designing, we acknowledge all the aspects including architectural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. Then the completed design will give you the exact look of your building. We work under strict guidelines without violating any architectural rules. 

Construction Documents

During construction documents by the technologist, final details are added to the project (such as building sections, finish schedules, wall sections, door schedules, index sheets, title sheets, final graphics, blow-up detail plans and elevations of critical conditions, final detailed dimensions, and interior elevations) and all the drawings and specifications are developed. Being specialists in the design and construction, our clients expect the highest level of functionality from the spaces we create. Hence, we are aimed at leaving no stone unturned for your project.

Tender documentation

We at Guerra Architects also prepare tender documents for a wide range of contracts like a supply of goods, construction contracts, demolition, etc. Such documents are mainly prepared to seek offers. To avoid any confusion and for the smooth going, we break tender documents into several packages to issue them to various other sub-contractors. We also keep the record of all the tender documents for future purposes.

Bid documentation

During bidding, we require all the construction documents. Our bidding service will prove to be helpful to our client as we can bring them some great deals of contractors. Our goal is to save your money as much as possible along with quality work. We advise our clients to select the contractor. When selection is made, Guerra Architects assist in preparing the contract/bid documents between the client and the contractor. 

Construction administration

Under this, our architects visit the site periodically to ensure that everything is going smoothly during construction. We review contractor submissions, drawings, and many other things and keep a vigil eye over the contractors and suppliers as well. All in all, we do not leave our clients until the completion of the project. The regular visits to the site are just to determine whether the constructors are working on architectural drawings and according to the construction document or not. Moreover, we also have a look at the materials and workmanship to meet acceptable standards.
